Very cheap and not as described

I bought this for my cats. It had to come with 4 suction cups and 5 pieces of 3M adhesive so it could be hung. It comes with 3 suction cups and 2 very small 3M pieces. That means I can't hang it up. I tried. It does not stick to the wall and has sharp edges. Unfortunately it was a waste of money. You can find similar products but better.
