Great Socks for Pilates
I bought these to add more grip to my towel/cloth top mat. The mat is made for Hot Pilates so it has a towel-like top layer with a rubber bottom. For burpees, any quick cardio burst moves, and even downward facing dog when sweaty.these have added additional grip. I have not tried them in the Hot Pilate class yet due to Covid but hopefully I will soon.
