Love this bandage. He does exactly what is necessary. I injured the tendon or joint that controls my right thumb while repeating yoga moves. I was still able to use it, but some movements caused pain and it didn't get better because it's almost impossible not to use my thumb. This bandage immobilizes the thumb to allow it to heal. I wear it for a few hours a day, take it off to wash dishes, etc. I'm a woman with medium to small sized hands. It fits great, although in its tightest position it can keep your thumb stable. It is well made and easy to carry.
