I have chunky babies so this wouldn't fit my one year old even though it is super stretchy. I got the size 12-18months if you have a skinnier baby this would be a good fit but i dont think it'd fit an 18 month old definitely on the smaller side I would size up to be on the safer side. Its still super adorable and can't wait to use it on her. The bow is a long strap so you have to tie the bow yourself. It is on the thinner side so if you wanted it for winter you'd have to layer with a jacket. Super cute outfit.
