We were impressed with these motion sensitive puck indicators and thought we could finally ditch the wire pucks we keep under the counter. The fact that they supposedly kept a 'months' charge on the car was the first reason we ordered them, and the ability to charge via USB was the second reason. Two sets were ordered, we fully charged all six, then selected two random pucks to test. We attached them to our over-the-stove microwave (which they stick to with a magnet, so there's no wasted small plates). They're attractive, a good size, the movement worked well most of the time (not always), the light is a nice warm tone and bright enough - not super bright but adequate for counters. Everything was fine until both had to be recharged after only 2.5 days. We charged them and tried again and the same thing happened. So in a high-traffic area, you get 36 hours of those spikes, which is a far cry from "months". In fact, we'd even settle for a month, which we actually get (and then several!) with the USB charging versions of the LED strips we use in other high-traffic areas. Unfortunately, they're making a comeback and we're sticking with wire washers for now, or maybe we'll try LED strips instead of washers. I do not recommend them unless you are using them in a car you will never drive. The search continues!
