Firstly it's a "double" so I expect it to be thinner than my triple. actually it isn't. Empty it is as "thick" as my full trifold. It's about a quarter larger than my tri-fold in width and length. It can store 8 cards (credit cards, ID cards, loyalty cards, medical cards, etc.) and has a wallet. It also has four "hidden" (behind the credit card slots) compartments. There is no transparent window for ID. It's a large wallet that I don't want to carry around in my bag. This can be great for those who need/want to carry a lot of things. It seems that a large wallet can attract pickpockets or give them easier access. The coin would be a little hard to sit on. Skin feels soft and looks great. sewing is ok
