Review on Victorinox Lexicon Professional Lasalle Black by Tony Weber

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Excellent quality; poor design

Full credit for the build quality and professional looks. The handles are easy to hold and the bag is very comfortable to carry. But that's where my joy in buying an expensive Victorinox ended. Difficult to get things out of this bag due to its rigid construction and narrow pockets. The two front pockets are pretty much useless as they are narrow and open at the side - I'm not sure if they are for stashing, especially since they have waterproof zips. Three branches is good but not what I wanted. 1. I wish there was a key clip in the front compartment, that would make it more tidy2. Nothing can be reached or taken out of the pocket with one hand because the pockets are too narrow. I have to open my pockets wide with both hands and then pull stuff out3. It can barely fit 1-2 folders, a laptop, and a few small items (like a calculator, phone, and wallets) before it starts to bulge. much more, as well as a handy pocket for frequently used items (like access cards/phone etc.). Given the choice I would return it and go for the Tumi Alpha Slim but it feels like this bag will last a lifetime.
