Difficult to install under cabinet
The screws that came with this towel rail are designed to screw into the wall, not under the cabinet, so I had to buy my own screws and washers; There were some odd round washers and caps, but there were no instructions to put them anywhere and they didn't match the bolts. It was confusing, but after installing successfully, it looks very nice under the cabinet. It just took too much effort to complete the installation.
