Review on 🔥 K&H Pet Products Microwaveable Pet Bed Warmer in Blue, 9"x9 by Mary Pattinson

The instructions state that most microwave ovens heat up in 4-5 minutes. My microwave takes 7 minutes and 30 seconds. When fully heated it feels like a warm/hot liquid inside. As it cools it will become less sticky. When it has completely cooled it will solidify again. I tested them in Michigan over the winter. The weather on the road was in the single digits and was well below zero for several days. Indoors the disc will hold liquid heat for a good 3 hours, maybe 4. Outside it will hold heat for 1-2 hours BUT that's when not wrapped in anything. I put it under the wet food bowl to slow down the freezing of the wet food. Helps, but the smell repels cats. I've tried putting him in a cat shelter but again the smell repels cats. Wrapping it in a towel (as suggested) might work to dilute the smell, but then you also dilute the heat. It's not totally useless, but I haven't found a better way to use it yet (no cat repellent scent).
