Buyers beware - RuffleButts are small (compared to standard US CDC growth charts). That being said, as long as you compare your child's height and weight to RuffleButts measurements and decide accordingly, you will be fine. My LO (18 months, 33 inches, 26#) fits perfectly with size 2-4 tights. The legs are a little long, but the following sizes are too small, so maybe we can get 2 years. She looks SO cute in them, they are very warm and hold up to washing quite well (wash cold, tumble dry low). Absolutely to suggest. 4 stars only because their size is very disappointing.
