Looks like a solid gauge. The price is right.
I tested this unit extensively before installing it. It seems to work in reverse if the polarity is reversed? You can hear it "tick" when it's running. I use it to monitor actual stove run time and calculate propane usage. To do this I used a DPDT relay which is switched by a thermostat providing 12v to the meter switching the other side of the relay to light the stove (no voltage).
