***Review updated! Their support team sent a new one. BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE My USB port is not working. The white part is missing. In addition, the plug was already connected when received. I ended up taking it off to store what I needed. I feel like I received a device that was sent back. Now I have to check it out and send it back - too bad as I really like the functionality. I hope the replacement gets better. ***I have received a reply from the supplier and if they handle it correctly I will change my rating. What matters is how they solve problems.
