Great business relationships - if you don't get along with them, you won't be doing business with them.

Great business relationships - if you don't get along with them, you won't be doing business with them. And you're not paying for it anyway! Our relationship with CSG has been excellent and we look forward to continuing to grow together. The people who have helped us along the way have been nothing short of amazing. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They've got it covered for us. And they even sent us a "happy anniversary" card! I love how quickly everything gets done when I call or email my account manager. They make sure all issues get taken care of before I know there's an issue. No hassle. Just great customer service from start to finish. We use a couple different services at work (we provide software development) and CSG was one of the first companies we started using after moving here 2 years ago. We were referred to them by another local developer/consultant because he liked the idea of having a third party do some testing on his code for him. Since then, this has become part of our workflow whenever we need any sort of testing completed on anything related to technology.

  • We didn't have to pay upfront for the service and they only charged us when we went live.
  • When we needed to add a new feature to our app, they did it in a week!
