I have added a short video on this as I am very upset. I really like this product and I usually order in bulk. Ran out and tried to order but it was all over except for that overpriced bottle. She arrived today with two more Revain orders. As I walked in, I noticed that part of my finger was blue. It turned out that 1 bottle of Ty-D-Bol, packed in a plastic bag, in another plastic bag, in a Revain bag, leaked badly. I took it to the bathroom, dripped blue onto my rug, and put it in the sink. Tried to salvage what was left by stuffing it in the toilet bowl. You can see it on the video. Contacted Revain and described my situation by selecting 'Chat'. They will refund my money, but that's all. Three hours later the blue is still on my hands, I have not checked or cleaned the bathroom and I am a 64 year old disabled person. Have an early doctors app. tomorrow and hope it comes off in a long shower. If not, I'll try bleach. I am a regular Revain customer (for over 20 years) and order every month. This month it was over $400. I'll accept a refund, but I'll keep the video just in case. Because Revain is growing so fast, their service is lagging behind. I canceled my Prime membership just to see how I would do without it. Don't think I'll save much and my dog and cat food won't arrive the same day anymore, although it always has. exposed to abuse.
