With this purchase I learned that you can save money by buying some things cheaper, while for others you just have to bite the bullet and buy a known brand. I have been buying EZinks toner for my Brother printer for over a year and I am very satisfied. They last longer than Brother's high capacity toner cartridges and I've never had a problem. Because of this I decided to try a drum set and realized that if it didn't work I wouldn't be traveling much. I installed it according to the instructions and with new EZ ink toner and my printer has never been the same. He immediately stopped typing and continued saying that the door was ajar even though it was closed. I had to solve this problem online with my brother. To fix this I had to unplug the printer from all of our computers and laptops and download a driver from my brother to reinstall it. As soon as I did that, it stopped giving me a door ajar notification and printed it out. But every time I print now I get an error message on my laptop saying my printer needs to be checked. It prints it despite the error message, but it's pretty annoying. I also keep getting a warning on the printer that the photoconductor will need to be replaced soon. Immediately after the exchange! I just wait for it to stop printing every day and I probably just need to buy a new printer. I will continue to use EZ ink toner but I will not make the mistake of skimping on the drum unit. If I could give zero stars I would. Too good to be true I think!
