I ordered both gold and silver bracelets. They worked fine for a while, but after wearing one or the other for a month or so, they fell off the watch on one side and my Fitbit Sense screen was damaged and cracked. Part of the gold bracelet was still in my watch. The silver fell off, further shattering the Fitbit Sense cover. Of course, this goes beyond the permitted return date. And there is nowhere to replace my screen; Fitbit doesn't offer this. You need to buy a new watch. I am extremely disappointed. I have been very diligent to ensure they fit snugly around the clock.
