I'd say it's decent. These cases are not as good as those sold in the Apple Store. The cover is stiff and no suede inside, but just great for the price. The rigid back easily attaches to your iPad but adds some extra weight. You have to break the creases in the lid somehow, but it also doesn't sit as slanted as the originals, which can be a good or bad thing depending on how much slant you need from your vantage point. The iPad sits too upright for me and if you place the back slightly higher to allow the iPad to tilt more, it will detach and fall. It's a good product overall, but as I own one from the Apple Store I can see that this foldable case doesn't really fit the bill and isn't as easy to use or as flexible as the original. It does the job and protects my iPad very well, so I keep it to myself.
