Affordable neckband headset for business

I've tried many of these neckband headsets. Lastly I used Plantronics Voyager 6200 until the wires started to fray. I wanted to mention this so you can see why I can be a tougher judge than if I'd only ever tried that particular font. I expect too much from my headphones, especially for what I'm willing to pay! I give this 4 stars. My conversation partners hear me clearly most of the time. Only occasionally is the background noise around me so loud for my caller that his ears hurt and he has to hang up in an emergency. To be fair, this happened occasionally, even on an expensive Plantronics device. The weird thing is that sometimes it's not a loud noise next to me that gives my interlocutors earaches, but a noise *I* can barely hear, and I'm surprised the mics can pick it up! Other, louder noises may be heard near me, but my caller is overwhelmed by the noise happening in another room. In addition, if I am in a closed space (e.g. in the attic, in a small room or if my head is stuck in a closet), my interlocutor is subjected to an acoustic attack with the smallest, quietest noise. When I tap wood with my fingernail, it sounds like a gun being fired near her ear. I can imagine you are wondering why I have to check my headset with my head in the closet. I'm a service technician and I often work in the tightest of spaces! However. Problems like this are pretty normal with these neckbands. The Voyager 6200s were the best quality I've tried, but they lasted less than a year and those loose earbuds kept falling off. This BCS 700 gets out of my way when I'm not using it. I know some of you might want to know what the music on it sounds like. I can't help with that. The music sounds more or less normal on all the ones I've tried, including this one. I listen to podcasts, watch YouTube videos and maybe some Netflix. Everything sounds good. I have a slight hearing loss but am loud enough to hear. I haven't even fully rolled it out yet. I have an 18.5" neck and would like this unit to be a bit bigger. I think all the pictures use tiny models so it looks like it's hanging from the lower joint of the collarbone. But most don't make it for me. my whole neck, this one too. But she does. most of time. For the price, I can accept that the call quality is a little less than optimal. Hope this helps someone decide!
