Elegant fabric with a dense body. I bought this for an event in Boston in December and it feels heavy enough to keep my feet warm as I walk around town. I also bought a silver train for my shoulders. I think it's too heavy for a summer event. He might be a little small. I'm 5ft 7in, 129lbs and a size 6 fits like a glove. It is fitted around the waist and hips. The pants are fashionably flared and the top has some space. I have a 32DD and the top fits perfectly - there are no gaps on the sides. I really love it!
