I use this card for digital photography. I started out with the Lexar 80X thinking I really needed the extra speed. However after talking to some friends I decided to try this one (since I needed 1 gig and my Lexar was only 512) because it was cheaper and from what I heard it worked pretty much the same. It turns out this is true. I shoot with a Canon PowerShot Pro1 8MP. I have friends who use 20D and D70 and they all think SanDisk works fine. I think you might need 80X if you're shooting with a 1DS Mark II, but nobody has one anyway.
