I know I wasn't sure and ended up buying both silicone and plastic face braces - HUGE MISTAKE! Who hesitates to buy this item - DON'T! Not worth the money, more trouble! If you want a cheap and easy way to take your mask off your face, get a box of N95 face masks, they don't inherently touch your face!
