Review on HR WorkFlow for ServiceNow by Rodney Harris

I like that it is very flexible, allowing you customize your own workflows as well! It also has an intuitive interface which makes setting up new tasks or modifying existing ones easy even if this isn't something familiar with yourself (like me). The support team are always prompt in responding back when ever needed about any queries regarding their product/service!! Nothing so far really but we have been using them since last 3 years now without having faced anything of such sort till date. Support Team : Always ready at our service whenever required by us. !
