I love that this item is wool and my cat climbed right into it. Curiosity killed cat syndrome. However, she spends more time fighting and spanking him than actually sleeping in him as he doesn't have a solid foundation and easily topples over when she's not inside. In general, we both like it. I plan to cut out some fleece to lay the bottom over the round cut out cardboard I placed inside. I bought this so she would have a warm place to hang out when it gets cold as I live in a very old adobe that relies heavily on wood heating. If I ever had company in my remote location, this would certainly be a topic of conversation.
