There are several reasons I wouldn't recommend this shower head: 1) Too much water pressure. I love a good shower but this was ridiculous. I had to buy a flow regulator to keep the water flow out, especially since the spray area is so narrow. 2) The pinholes in the disk clog over time, resulting in jets of water shooting in all directions. The casing around the metal plate is now corroded so neither my husband nor I can remove it to clean the plate. 3) THE WORST part is my white china bathtub is permanently mottled bright orange because of those silly clay beads. It happened over time, so it wasn't just about not washing your hair to begin with. After a long shower, the mist that collects on the bathtub ceiling is orange and the shower curtain is stained. Even the most extreme magic erasers will not remove paint from a tub. I've had other shower heads with similar different useless beads of different shades but nothing that ever worked. Bath.
