I am 1.70 m tall and weigh about 75 kg. I usually wear a large one, but my arms are too tight against the shirt and I can't get my pants on at all. HOWEVER they have ah AMAZING quality. They are thick enough to keep you warm and thin enough to fit under clothing as an insulating layer. I would just swap them out for extra large ones, but I also ordered the large thermal pants with thermajane and they fit and feel great! So most likely I won't need to replace them or buy them again. But don't be afraid to buy, just be careful of the size. God bless!
