It was too long for my 2.5 year old. It usually fits most 3T items. I still thought it was cute, but the material was stiff (not flowy as I had hoped) and made her uncomfortable. I give it 5 stars because I asked for a return because of the size problem and they refunded me without having to return the product and I really think the color is the same as the picture and the pattern is very beautiful. I plan on washing it a few times to see if I can soften the material. Will be updated!
