Disappointed. I really hate writing bad reviews but this is a case where you get what you pay for and not what is advertised. These pillowcases were advertised as 1000 thread count, but the packaging doesn't say anything about the thread count. I don't recall ever buying reeds that didn't have the actual thread count listed on the packaging. They should also be satin. I have used satin sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases for 25 years. and they just feel like regular cotton. See the attached photos of the packaging and a comparison of the actual 1000 satin pillowcase alongside the 300 middle satin pillowcase. The top cover is the one you are purchasing. The bottom is a score of 300. Pictures speak louder than words. I'm curious if the $79.99 pillowcase set they promised me to review would be better. UPDATE: They finally sent me a $79.99 set of pillowcases in exchange for my review. These pillowcases are exactly the same product (same code, same packaging, same covers) except they are seconds or mostly returns or damaged parts. They arrived in a package which melted the zipper on the pillowcases leaving a red zipper stain on the pillowcase. Adding this scam to the original purchase only added to the overall poor experience.
