After searching to no avail for 'real' (and expensive) chairs with leather seats etc, I came across these chairs for less than $60. . The colors were great for our kitchen so I ordered one to see how bad a $60 chair would be. In general, everything is not even bad. Assembly was easy with hardware well labeled and parts aligned. The whole chair is rather small, but the seat height is perfect. Sitting is a little tricky, but a fully padded seat won't scratch or dent my closets, and getting off when jumping over the corner of a cushion causes no discomfort. The chair is not heavy, so it can be easily removed. After using it for about a week, I ordered three more to complete my set. Now in a couple of weeks I will be ordering two more to keep in the boxes as spares knowing that when I need a replacement I know that either the price will go up significantly or they will be discontinued. I would say you get more than you pay for these chairs.
