FALSE ADVERTISING - NOT AS BRIGHT AS IN THE PHOTO

royal blue doesn't look like the picture at all. It's just a dull blue color that you can buy at any local store. I thought based on the picture it was a very light light blue. NO! I can't stress this enough, this is just plain tissue paper you can get anywhere, dollar store, dartboard, walmart. Disappointing.
