I was fine with this product. Then I replaced the cartridge with a new one and it worked terribly. I thought my printer was broken but it turned out to be a cartridge. Copies and printouts were terrible and unusable. Before this experience I would have rated it a 4 but who would go back and buy it again and risk doing it again? Others in the box did well.
