This is the best deal I've ever made on a chair and the best chair I've ever had! Very comfortable, at least for me. When you order, you should expect pop-ups to choose the color you want. I got exactly what I ordered. The installation instructions are pretty self-explanatory after you've spent some time going through them. Not the best, but accurate if you take your time. Perhaps you could put a base plate on top of the seat and turn it over, in which case the seat would tend to tip forward, but it is marked with the word 'forward'. So if you pay attention, everything will work properly in about a 20 seconds. Protocol. This chair is of excellent quality. Hands go up, and sometimes I need it. I can buy another one.
