Review on Dorco Piece Prime Double Blades by Jasmine Ashford

I use several DE razors and not all "like" the same blades. My soft razors are like feather blades. My aggressive razors like softer blades. My medium-sized razors love blades that are sharp enough to cut without resistance and soft enough to be gentle on my skin. Whether you've tried Feathers and been cut to ribbons, or Derbys and been dragged to death, a Dorco Prime Platinum blade shoots between the two. It's sharp enough for a soft razor and smooth enough for a moderately aggressive razor. For a 10 cent blade, that's very good. Slightly sharper than my favorite Sunrise blades, I can snap them onto a Mamba or even a Feather AS-D2 and get a nice easy shave. The Voskhods are good in the Mercury or Parker but not quite up to the task in the Feather. All of my favorite razors seem to love that blade on my face. I put it in the top three.
