1. The actual packaging of the product was not that good. The bottom fell out as soon as I took it out of the Revain box and I caught it before it hit the ground. 2. It says "For professional use only" and there are no instructions on how to use warmer settings or how the device works. To be honest it's okay because a monkey could understand it. 3. Wax is included but wax is in the package. says to use "prewax oil" which was not included. Not me. 4. The heating pad worked great and fast. I felt the wax worked well (although I might look into some pre-wax oil to see if that would reduce the redness. Overall I'm enjoying my purchase!
