I recently cut my cable after giving up satellite TV due to terrible customer service recently. I was skeptical about the range of the antenna. I first installed it at the front of my house next to the satellite dish using this coax cable. I live on the coast of southern California and was happy to get 26 good channels including all my local stations and a few from Tijuana. I also ordered a normal mount for it and installed an antenna on it a few days later. Now there are 60 channels, including several from Los Angeles, which broadcaster maps say are 90 miles away. This means it works well for transmitters coming from opposite directions. The picture quality is excellent and installation was easy. It feels a little light, so I can infer durability. In general I am very satisfied with this antenna and will definitely recommend it to my friends.
