Works great and my son can finally play on the switch without overheating every 15 minutes. That fan sticker was an unnecessary added annoyance. Removing the sticker was perhaps the longest step in the entire replacement process. You'd assume it could be easily removed, but I had to scrape most of it off to get it off. Maybe put a sticker on the bag it comes in? Otherwise excellent
