Review on πŸ“š Adjustable Black Metal Desktop Document Book Holder with 7 Positions for Enhanced Organization by Jeff Hall

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Fragile and poorly designed

Arrived deformed and dented in a box with no factory protective packaging. Metal is just one level higher than tinfoil. A cheap plastic document clip detaches from the base and hardly sticks to the paper. It also blocks the slider, which is incredibly inaccurate and wobbly. The backing is also less wide than the standard US sheet of paper. As a result, the paper clip crumples the edges of the document that hang from the back that is too narrow. Very difficult to use and flimsy compared to what the 1980's replacement was. Avoid this product at all costs. It's easy enough to make a good one.

Pros
  • Line Extraction Guide: It's easier for me to see where I left off and keep track when I'm reading or transcribing.
Cons
  • Annoying
