UPDATE: I got a quick response from the seller and they told me that in order to insert two characters they had to remove two characters. They chose "q" because an inverted "b" is the same, and for a "w" it would be the same as an inverted "m". I only wish they would put this in the description or add a note on the packaging. I have used stamps and they are great! So I changed my rating to 4. I didn't give the last star because I feel there is room for improvement in describing/notifying customers of the change. I like the font of these stamps. I haven't had a chance to use them yet as I noticed they have good resolution. Did they accidentally leave two behind?
