Just one ding--the waistband elastic isn't well-attached and tends to flip over, leading to frequent readjustments. (This is *inside* of the material, not outside; it's not just "the waistband flips over" but "part of the interior elastic does").Otherwise, works well, fits as advertised, pads my unpadded regions without feeling like I've got a sock stuffed 'twixt my thighs, and feedback from others is that it looks awesome on me :-D
