The best thing I like most about webgazer is its free plan which helps me to monitor my site without any cost. Also they provide excellent support for their product. Their response time is very quick too. They also help me to resolve my issue quickly as well. Nothing much to dislike here except sometimes its slow when loading at some places but overall good! I would say this tool will be helpful if you are looking for a simple & user friendly solution for your monitoring purpose. My team use webgazer to keep an eye over our websites, we can easily track all activities done by users through logs present there.
