I have an older trimmer of the same style from a much better brand. Since cutting blades dull over time I figured I'd grab this newer version with new blades and rely on it to replace my old trimmer. And it's still going to happen, but I was a bit surprised when I used this new cutter and found that it really doesn't cut as well as my old used one. I don't know why, but I feel like I have to do the same spots more often with this trimmer than the old and probably blunter one. Both seem to run at about the same speed, so that's probably not a problem. Otherwise, this trimmer has a modern look, comes with a cleaning brush, and offers a bit of light to guide the trim. Well I like the looks and other features and the trimmer does the job, I'm only deducting one star because it seems pretty mediocre in terms of cutting speed.
