After I put it to the test during a number of high-intensity activities, I can confidently say this is a great product. The bracket provided the stability I needed during all kinds of strenuous movements, while the adjustable internal support made it easy to find a comfortable fit. The only downside was that it took a little practice to get the right adjustments for my body.
