Obviously I haven't tried this food myself. but judging by how much our 9 year old kitty loves him I have to give him 5 stars! In the past, he has had some issues with urinary tract blockages due to stress, leading to marking and urinating all over the house. If you've ever faced a similar issue, you have my deepest condolences! This is a very unfortunate situation. We have tried many different products, some expensive, vet prescribed, but in the end this very inexpensive food from Hill's was a lifesaver! There's a prescription diet version of canned urine, but we found the chicken was mostly pork-based ingredients, which caused our cat other diarrhea issues. This version of the scientific diet, on the other hand, is mostly chicken, as advertised, doesn't smell that bad, and is easy to consume! We haven't had any problems since using this to clean up with markers, urine or throw surprises! We strongly encourage you to try it if your kitty has bladder problems.
