This wallpaper is seriously amazing. Some of the negative reviews are saying it adheres too much. I don't know what happened with the person who ripped off their drywall, but in my experience it was not THAT sticky and when I had to pull it up to re-place it on the wall it did not ruin my wall. In general this kind of wallpaper or contact paper suffers from being not adhesive enough so I can't imagine why people would be complaining about this. It is way thicker than standard contact paper, though this doesn't actually help with hiding imperfections on the surface it's covering very much. I only wish they had rolls that were slightly wider in width as it's a tad narrow for wallpaper. The texture is smooth and almost velvety feeling. I absolutely love it and feel like this is a "unicorn" wallpaper.Edit: after several months of use, this contact paper is bubbling up. Very sad. This is after perfect application with the aid of a hair dryer as well as extra glue.Edit again: the wallpaper does NOT stay on the wall at all. It has completely bubbled up and is peeling off, I'm amazed that anyone is able to get this to stick long-term. Not sure what to do because I love the look and feel. It doesn't work as it should unfortunately.
