The materials used in this softbox are very high quality, especially the front diffuser. The internal diffuser uses painful end clips that are difficult to attach. I don't know why they and others can't use velcro, it would make life that little bit easier. This is a fairly large and somewhat heavy softbox and we found it to sag regardless of the speed ring (Buff/Balcor, Bowens or S Mount). The solution to this problem is to use a 2" Pony A clamp and squeeze the bracket. It doesn't really matter much and the softbox probably won't fall, but I'd rather be wrong out of caution.
