This is a well made, good sized travel backpack that I researched well before ordering. The price was right and the size was ideal for the NYC walk I planned to do. When it arrived I just wasn't "thrilled" like I wanted to be. While the photos make it look better, in reality it just looks like faux leather. I wanted to love it but ended up sending it back instead because I knew touring around town with it on my back would make me feel like a wannabe fashionista. The straps weren't comfortable either, which worried me. I can definitely see why people like it - I'm just more of a real leather girl.
