I bought this leather carrier despite some negative reviews and while I'm no sling expert I can definitely say it works for me as it should. The price is not that cheap and not expensive at all. I had a few questions that led me to contact customer service and I can say that the customer service is excellent. 5 stars is a combination of customer service response and how much I love this product. I use Neat's foot oil about once a week to ensure the strap has elasticity. I also make sure the cord is taut when I use it. Overall I like the product and will definitely buy it again.
