Update after 2 months: Everything like new. I no longer need it after surgery but I have slept on it and had significantly fewer allergy problems than usual. Everyone around me suffers from pollen and although I have headaches and body aches, the usual sinus problems are almost non-existent. It also allows me to sleep on my side without neck pain! Original August 2021: I ordered this after having my abdominal surgery and at home I was feeling miserable from neck pain trying to sleep from the surgery pain and also sinus problems. . I actually ordered another one that never arrived and then found this one for even less money. I really like the high incline. I've seen others with 12 or 7 but 10 is perfect. The cover is very soft and comfortable. There is a layer of "cooling" blue foam on top and I think it works because even with the hot flashes from the meds I slept cool and comfortably. No coughing and a lot less pain than trying to maneuver myself onto some pillows. I'm in love with this one and wish I knew early in my recovery. I will definitely be using it long after my recovery though.
