Review on Unisex Non-Slip Grip Socks: Perfect For Yoga, Hospital, Pilates, Barre & More! by Christina Suk

Little to no stretch, not good for Pilates

These are fine if you’re looking for something to wear around the house, but for Pilates they are not great. They have almost no stretch at all, which means they don’t really stay wrapped securely in place around your foot when you are applying a lot of pressure in different directions during a workout. They fit fairly well if you get the right size, so they don’t slide around a huge amount, but they feel a little less secure than higher quality socks (which generally cost about 3x as much). The grip on the soles also feels less tacky / sticky than other Pilates socks. All in all a decent product for the price, but I’d rather pay a little more for higher quality.

Pros
  • Soft foot pads, snug, but not tight
Cons
  • Cannot be worn with shoes
