When I received this duvet it came out of the box exactly like the pictures so I gave it all the stars. I read the reviews so I knew it's easy to ruin it in the wash. I started with hand washing. It seemed very good so I put it in the dryer on low heat (according to directions) but to be extra careful it was only in there a quarter of the time. Halfway through the cycle I arranged it so that the wet center was on the outside. As soon as it was just damp I took it out and to my horror it was covered with hardened burn marks. My dryer's low temperature isn't that high, so I have no idea how that could have happened if I was so careful. Care instructions state to wash in cold water only and tumble dry low and if there is no agitation use a commercial tumble dryer. Obviously those instructions are missing and it's not the buyer's fault. Moral of the story: don't buy unless you agree never to dry it.
