Very easy to assemble, durable, looks well organized and most importantly excellent customer service. I first ordered a set for my kids and liked it so much I bought another one for myself but I didn't realize I ordered 12 blocks instead of 16 blocks so I contacted customer service and someone named Alice helped make sure I have extra panels and connectors. They deserve to be commended for their excellent customer service. Note: The connectors are a little tricky when installing the panels, but they give you a hammer to make sure they're in place. The trick for me was to insert the bottom and side panels into the connectors first, then add the top connectors before placing them. Top and adding connectors after that. I made the mistake the first time I tried to complete one cube at a time and it was harder, the second set was much easier! I managed to get all my clothes out of the plastic bins, freeing up a lot of storage space!
